INTEC Energy Solutions is a pioneering service provider in Consultancy, Solar Energy EPC (Engineering – Procurement – Construction) and Operation & Maintenance. With a foundation of Germany-based solar power plant planning and implementation, our specialized team works with clients across the globe to use energy produced by solar power systems to improve all aspects of life. As an international company we are looking for a Senior Recruiter.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

·Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

·Master’s degree in HR is an asset

·At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably with a proven record of sourcing, screening and interviewing in HR consultancy firms/ headhunters

·Must have experience in using different applicant tracking systems

·Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures, preferably within a multi-cultural environment and through all levels of the organization

·Recruiting experience in Construction or Renewable Energy sectors is an asset

·Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

·Very good command of English

·Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information

·Result-oriented and multi-tasking with good time management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

·Interviewing candidates, assessing their qualifications, and recommending them to hiring managers

·Working with HR team to manage the recruiting process from start to finish

·Reviewing resumes and other application materials to identify potential candidates

·Creating and maintaining databases of potential candidates, including resumes, cover letters, and other pertinent information, such as motivation for leaving previous jobs or reasons for leaving school etc.

·Interacting with candidates to understand their interests, motivations and whether they would be a good fit for the corporate culture

·Recommending candidates who best meet the company’s requirements and specifications to hiring departments

·Build new recruitment strategies to support hiring initiatives with clear and defined goals and outcomes

Years of Experience: 5 – 15 years of experience

Level of Education: Bachelor’s(Graduate) – Master’s(Graduate):

Military Status: Completed
